The agreement for using IdentiForge

Terms of service

Identiforge LLC, a Utah limited liability company, provides the IdentiForge website, mobile app, and related services under these terms. By creating an account or using IdentiForge, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Your account

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify support if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. You must be at least 13 years old, and if local law requires a higher minimum age or parental consent, that requirement applies.

The service

IdentiForge provides meditation, prayer, educational programs, circles, gatherings, and private reflection, with tools for planning, focus, progress reporting, and collaboration. It has a Christian foundation and welcomes members of every faith. Features may change as the service improves. IdentiForge may suspend features temporarily for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or events outside reasonable control.

Membership

When billing is enabled, community membership costs US$5 per month and renews monthly until cancelled. Checkout displays the applicable price before payment. You can cancel future renewals from Membership or the Stripe billing portal; member access continues through the current paid period. A failed or ended subscription can restrict member content and gatherings, while your own life-management data and private reflections remain accessible. Community preview access does not create a paid subscription or take a payment. Contact support about billing errors or refund requests; applicable consumer rights remain in effect. Deleting an account cancels any linked recurring subscription before account cleanup.

Coaching appointments and live sessions

Coaching packages are separate one-time purchases, not included in monthly membership. Checkout states the price and session-credit count. One credit reserves one appointment with the named coach. Credits are added only after payment is verified and cannot be transferred between coaches. The coach’s profile states the cancellation notice; eligible cancellations return a credit. For a late cancellation, rescheduling, or refund request, contact the coach or support. A coach cancellation returns the reserved credit. No automatic credit expiry is currently applied. These terms do not limit applicable consumer rights.

Live sessions and coaching appointments use external meeting services. Protect meeting links and do not record other participants without their consent. Hosts must disclose planned recording and obtain any additional consent required. Library materials are for personal use; do not redistribute recordings without the rights holder’s permission. Coaching supports spiritual practice and daily life and is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental-health care.

Your content

You retain ownership of the identities, plans, tasks, images, posts, comments, and other content you submit. You give IdentiForge a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide and secure the features you choose. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content.

Community and acceptable use

Do not use IdentiForge to break the law; harm, threaten, deceive, or harass others; violate privacy or intellectual-property rights; distribute malware or spam; probe or bypass security; scrape the service without authorization; or interfere with other users. Public and shared content may be seen by the audiences indicated in the app. IdentiForge may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce these terms, or comply with law.

Sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, threats, hate speech, bullying, and harassment are prohibited. Use Report beside shared content or a profile to request review, and Block to stop contact. You may also email support. A basic automated shared-text filter supplements human review; reports are reviewed by authorized moderators.

Google Calendar and third-party services

Google Calendar connection is optional. IdentiForge currently requests read-only Calendar access and cannot create, edit, or delete your Google events. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s own terms and policies. You may disconnect Google Calendar at any time. Other service providers, including authentication and hosting providers, may process data as described in the Privacy Policy.

No professional advice

IdentiForge offers spiritual support, education, and practical life tools. Its methodology, prompts, reports, and community content are not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Seek a qualified professional when appropriate for your situation. No practice, program, facilitator, or activity report guarantees healing or a particular health outcome. Members may adapt or stop practices and decline sharing.

Account suspension and deletion

You may stop using IdentiForge at any time and request account deletion by emailing sarah@identiforge.app. IdentiForge may restrict or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risks, legal requirements, or misuse that harms the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination continue to apply.

Disclaimers and responsibility

IdentiForge is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every feature will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service changes. The updated date will be revised here, and material changes will be communicated when appropriate. Continuing to use IdentiForge after an update means the revised terms apply, subject to rights provided by applicable law.
