Heal with the Spirit · Your guide
Begin with prayer, meditation, spiritual learning, and a caring circle. Rooted in Christianity. Welcoming every faith. Home holds your personal journey, Circles connects you with community, My Plan supports your daily responsibilities, and Resources helps you learn.
The map
Home holds your profile and personal healing practice. Circles is where you participate in community. My Plan manages your Inbox, goals, projects, and calendar. Meditate holds the meditation library and live sessions.
Your participation is your own. Reflections start private. Share with a selected circle only when you choose. History records participation without assigning a healing score.
Your private home
Home keeps your personal space simple: your profile, saved practices, and reflections are on the left; progress summaries and reports are on the right. Home, Meditate, Circles, and My Plan stay in the top navigation. Clicking IdentiForge in the upper-left always brings you back Home.
Read and listen in Resources, curated by the site administrator. Use Home or Circles to practice, bookmark what helps, and record private observations. Teaching sources and spiritual approaches are labeled.
Reflections and optional faith preferences remain private, including from administrators. Choose whether to share a reflection with one circle and ask for listening, prayer, encouragement, or practical help.
Calendar is optional and private. In My Plan, connect Google Calendar to see appointments beside your plan, in Upcoming, and on your IdentiForge calendar. Choose exactly which calendars to include. The connection is read-only, and calendar details never appear in Community.
Select the IdentiForge name in the upper-left from anywhere in the app.
Set private intentions and choose a practice duration and spiritual approach. You can change these preferences anytime.
Browse circles by topic, spiritual approach, and availability. RSVP to gatherings and use the host’s video link when the session begins.
Open My Plan to manage responsibilities, connect your calendar, and make room for care. Optional identity reminders describe how you want to show up; tasks do not determine your worth.
Turn ideas into structure
Plan turns what matters into work you can actually begin. Build from the outcome down, or capture loose thoughts in the Inbox and organize them later.
The meaningful outcome and the identity vote behind it.
A concrete body of work that moves the goal forward.
An optional phase or category inside a project.
The visible action you can start, finish, and repeat.
Put unstructured items in Inbox. Use Quick Add or press Q to capture without leaving your current view.
Add a due date, deadline, duration, reminder, or recurrence. Today gathers due and overdue work; Upcoming shows what is ahead, and Calendar lets you switch between day, week, and month views.
Use Filters & tools for sorting, grouping, saved views, import, and export. More views & organization in the sidebar opens search, completed work, favorites, and labels.
Record the cue, location, preceding action, likely obstacle, friction to remove, and immediate reward when a task needs more than a due date.
Use descriptions, comments, and attachment links to keep the information needed to do the task beside the task itself.
Board gives a status view; Search finds work across the plan; Completed keeps finished evidence available. Select multiple tasks for bulk changes.
Keep tasks startable. “Draft the opening paragraph” creates a clearer Present Moment than “Work on the essay.” Use JSON export and import when you want a portable backup of your plan.
Practice attention
A Present Moment is a finite commitment to one chosen action. It makes beginning small enough to do and records the time as evidence without turning every minute of your day into a score.
The task list puts due-today work first, then uses priority and your plan order to help you choose.
Use a 25, 45, 60, or 90 minute preset, or set any duration from one minute to 24 hours.
Starting marks the task In Progress and begins time tracking. The timer continues if you reload the page.
You can switch tasks during the same running moment. IdentiForge assigns each segment of time to the task you were doing.
Complete the current task when it is done, or end the moment without pretending it is complete. Both routes lead to Rest.
The agreement is attention, not perfection. Return to the chosen task when attention wanders. A short honest block still counts as practice.
No work or behavior is tracked. Rest however you want, return to your profile, or enter another Present Moment when you choose.
See the pattern
Reports help you notice what you are practicing. They are feedback for adjustment, not a judgment about your character. Choose a 7, 30, or 90 day view, or review your full history.
See how often you entered a Present Moment, how many tasks you began, and how many days you were active.
Review focused time, completed evidence votes, and the number of times you returned to the practice.
Compare planned work with focused work, then inspect daily activity and the time invested by project and task.
Look for useful questions: Which projects receive attention? Which task sizes help you begin? When do you return most easily? Adjust the plan from those answers.
Perspective without performance
Community is for being known at the level you choose, learning from other people, and offering practical support. It is intentionally built around contribution rather than popularity.
Search skills, interests, goals, location, and availability. Matching explains the connection, such as a shared interest or a skill one person can teach the other.
Ask for help, find a collaborator, start a project, find a mentor, or offer mentorship. State the outcome, skills, time, and location so people can decide clearly.
Request one-time advice, check-ins, office hours, a short program, or an ongoing relationship. Mentors accept or decline every request.
Share an intention, obstacle, perspective, lesson, progress update, offer, or opportunity. Choose which kinds of posts appear in your feed and respond with specific support.
Gather a few familiar people around a shared intention. Open Practice to use the circle’s exercise library, set a weekly rhythm, join a shared timer, or return to the same practice in your own time. Reflections stay private unless you choose to share them. Private circles are hidden, Visible circles can be discovered but require an invitation, and Public circles can be discovered and joined by anyone.
Carry a quality into an ordinary moment, organize an act of service, and reflect with your circle. Send an appreciation to another member privately, or choose to share it with the circle.
Keep a profile field or showcased item private.
Show it to people working with you.
Share it with accepted members of your circle.
Make it visible across the IdentiForge community.
Home is your profile. Select Edit profile to update your name, photo, introduction, identity, values, interests, and optional faith and practice preferences in one place. Choose visibility beside each detail, then save once. My Plan uses the same identity and values, and Circles displays the same profile to the audiences you allow. Use “View as someone else” to check your saved profile. Featured goals, projects, and selected reflections can also be managed within this editor.
Discoverability, introductions, mentorship requests, circle invitations, and collaboration requests each have their own switch. You can block a person or report a profile or post when needed.
From a goal or project in My Plan → Plan Outline, choose “Invite an accountability partner.” Explain your intended result, the support you want, and an optional weekly check-in rhythm. Preview the sharing boundaries before sending.
After acceptance, open Community → Mentorship → My mentorship to see the shared tasks, outcome updates, and conversation. Write a short check-in: what moved forward, what got in the way, and what you will do next. Your partner can suggest a task or new date; only you can review and accept it into your plan.
This is read-only accountability, not project-editing access. You can pause or end sharing. Invitations are also available in Requests & invitations.
Open accountability agreementsYou control the boundary
Your private practice and your social presence are intentionally separate. Joining the community never makes your identity, goals, projects, or tasks public by default.
Choose each community field and each showcased goal or project, then choose its audience. Use the preview before widening access.
Circle invitations and project invitations require acceptance. Collaboration requests can be turned off independently.
Your signed-in email appears in the upper-right. Use the icon beside it to sign out, and visit the privacy and support pages for policy or account help.
A sustainable rhythm
You do not need to fill every field or use every social feature. Start with one identity, one meaningful goal, one active project, and one startable task. Enter a Present Moment, rest, and return. Add structure and people only when they make that loop easier or more meaningful.
